Do you have free consultations?
yes! call, text, or email me to schedule a free 15-minute consultation. You can use this time to get to know me a little and to decide what services fit you best.
What is your cancellation policy?
I understand that life can be unpredictable. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify me at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any cancellation fees.
Do you offer virtual sessions?
in-person and online meetings offer different benefits. I offer virtual sessions via video conferencing platforms depending on location and services needed.
Do you take insurance?
For counseling, I can take Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, EMI Health, Public Employees Health Program (PEHP), Carelon Behavioral Health, Magellan, and SelectHealth. If I do not support your insurance, I’m happy to create a superbill for you to submit to your insurance.
